Press fingers gently on the inside of the upper arm

If unconscious open the airway

Breathing

Continue to watch breathing and pulse

If no breathing

Blow gently into lungs

Circulation

Pulse

Continue rescue breathing and pulse checking

---

If no pulse

Start chest compression's and blow once after each five compression's
